Augustina🥰 because she matches my energy when the heat and pressure of the kitchen is high. She has the power of three people in one, just like me.
What meal is your best seller that you'd recommend to any guest, irrespective of gender or race?
Our half-roasted chicken marinated in our in-house special marinade with a side dish of our smoky Jollof rice. No matter the day of the week, it flies off the table as soon as it's placed.
Advice for the young ones coming for your role
Advice for the young ones coming into my role would be never be afraid to ask for help, always be confident in what you do, and treat guests and employees with fairness and kindness. Lastly, failure is part of life. If you fail, just keep trying; you will surely get there. ‎
